The Reciprocating Tray Loader and Stacker is a fully automatic integrated system that nests bags of tortilla shells into plastic trays, stacks the trays and deposits the entire load directly on to the floor for transport to trucks.
Main Features
- The system is designed to accept full trays, stack them, and deposit them directly on to the floor outside of the frame of the machine for operator removal
- Unique integrated scissor lift support system ensures trays are perfectly flat for proper engagement during the stacking process and servo motor control throughout
Package Features
Accommodates the following packages:
- 8 pcs / bag (6.75”, 7”, 9”, 10” 12” tortillas)
- 10 pcs / bag (6.75”, 7”, 9”, 10” 12” tortillas)
- 18 pcs / bag (6.75”, 7”, 9”, 10” 12” tortillas)
- Each line total 5 trays per minute, 60 tortilla bags per minute. 10 trays per minute for complete system, 120 tortilla bags per minutes for complete system
Construction Characteristics
- Machine frame is manufactured of heavy duty mild steel formed channel, bolted construction
- Operator safety fencing with access doors along perimeter of machine
- Emergency stop buttons and hardwired safety devices remove all kinetic energy from the machine
- Lockable safety air dump valve for air pressure relief from the machine when the machine is stopped or when power is turned off
